Program Overview
What is the Thamin Program?
Thamin is a one-year training program launched by Esnad to develop and prepare graduates for careers in the mining sector and regulatory oversight. It is held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Who is the program’s target audience?
Graduates of mining engineering, geology, and computer science, with a GPA of no less than 3.5 out of 5 or 2.5 out of 4, and a minimum IELTS score of 5.
What stages does a trainee go through in the program?
Assessment and selection, an introductory course, job rotation in finance, human resources, quality, and corporate services, technical training in mining compliance and licensing, field visits, two-phase practical projects, and personal skills development programs.
What benefits does the program offer participants?
A monthly stipend, medical insurance, and professional training and development.
